LOCAL SHIPPING

Singapore orders are fulfilled with SingPost via Speedpost Standard and come with tracking.

Your orders should reach you within 2 business days after being shipped out.

Local orders above $250 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping for orders below $250 will be charged a flat rate of $6.20.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are fulfilled with Singapore Post Registered Package (Standard) or FedEx International Priority (Expedited) and come with tracking*. Please note that the Standard service may not be available for all orders, please refer to your Checkout page for further details.

International orders above 450 SGD qualify for free shipping.

 *For Standard service, SingPost provides the scan status up to the despatch of the item from Singapore to overseas. Please note that as not all countries provide scan status or update the scan status, there may be no detailed scan movement of the item at its destination available.

**KAYO GEARS will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the destination's customs clearance process, weather conditions, festive seasons or COVID-19 pandemic.

International packages may be subjected to customs, import duties or taxes that must be paid for by the customer. Please check with your local tax/customs authorities for more information. The customer must take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

KAYO GEARS cannot undervalue items, or mark them as a gift.

KAYO GEARS cannot be held responsible for lost mail. In the event of unfortunate lost package, KAYO GEARS will contact the courier service and claim compensation on your behalf. The amount will then be refunded to you.

RETURNS

Please contact us at info@kayo-gears.com within 7 days upon receiving your item to request for a return if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. KAYO GEARS will cover the return shipping, shipping of the replacement and any consumption taxes and custom duties incurred in this case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number.

KAYO GEARS is unable to issue a refund if you change your mind or if the product is damaged after being worn or washed by the customer.

For exchanges due to unsuitable size, the return shipping, shipping of the replacement and any taxes and custom duties incurred in the process will be covered by the customer.
